A few of our residents got a minibus today and visited the Blue Reef Aquarium in Hastings. 

Eric, Violet and Grace spent the day looking at all the fish.

They loved getting out for the day and enjoyed all the colours and the marine life.

Aquariums are renowned for being relaxing as well as beautiful to watch. In addition, studies show that it can reduce blood pressure and emotional agitation.
