We’re delighted to introduce the newest members of the Cavell House family – Madge and Harold!

Our two friendly tortoises will be spending the coming months with us, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy their gentle company and learn more about these fascinating creatures.

Madge and Harold will be staying at Cavell House until it’s time for their winter hibernation, before returning to us again in the spring.

We know they’ll bring plenty of smiles, spark conversations and become firm favourites with everyone in our home. Animal companionship is a wonderful way to encourage interaction, reminiscence and wellbeing, and we’re excited to have these special guests with us.
